Completed on March 8th of 2022 the Dollar loan center is now open to the public and spectators of all ages. Fans can now enjoy watching Hockey, Football, and Basketball games from their favorite local teams such as, Henderson Silver Knights of the American Hockey League, the Vegas Knight Hawks of the Indoor Football League, and the NBA G League Ignite.

North of the Green Valley Ranch on the corner of Sunset Road and Green Valley Parkway directly behind the Dollar Loans Center. The Newly Renovated Green Valley Public Library is located behind the Dollar Loan Center and is open to all residents and intellectual learners of the Las Vegas Valley. It also holds a variety of elective events month to month for children of all ages. Such as music lesson activities, story telling, and other fun activities centered around learning and creativity.

Green Valley Residents also have close access to one of the best and largest farmers markets in the Henderson area. The District at Green Valley Ranch Farmers Market is held every Thursday from 9 AM-5 PM at 2240 Village Walk Drive Henderson, NV 89052. With anywhere from 30-40 stalls providing the freshest and greenest produce in the area, plus quality and unique products like Multi flavored honey sticks, Specialty Oils and Creams, Handmade Jewelry, Baklava, Kava juice, and Super Greens to keep you healthy, slim, and fit. With a fun and friendly community atmosphere run by the local  residents reflects on  a close knit community atmosphere, but welcomes all. The District at Green Valley Ranch is a very popular choice amongst residents of the City of Henderson and the Green Valley community for their social and shopping needs. 

Just a short drive to downtown Henderson’s Water Street District, you can visit The Lifeguard Arena, the new official practice facility for both the Silver Knights and the NHL’s Vegas Golden Knights. At this facility you can rent skates, participate in Open Skate and Freestyle sessions, attend training camps and clinics, and host corporate events.

Recent development in the area doesn’t end there; in 2019 Google broke ground on one of its data centers just up the road, at the corner of Boulder Hwy and Warm Springs Road — just a 15-minute drive from the heart of Green Valley.
