When people think of Las Vegas, Nevada the first thing they think of is the Las Vegas Strip – however there are many more components that go into our great city.  High on the list are residential communities that are on golf courses.

There are many golf communities on the Westside of town as well as Henderson.  The following is a list of such communities.

Spanish Trail – located in Spring Valley on the Westside of Las Vegas – just 10 minutes from The Strip offers many types of homes on the 27 hole private golf course.  There are custom homes, builder’s homes and town-home communities within the guard gated community.

Rhodes Ranch – in the Southwest part of the valley. Painted Desert – is a lush guard gated golf course development located in the northwest side of the Las Vegas Valley.  The community features a variety of dwellings from gorgeous custom estates, to duplex style villas to condominiums ranging in size from 1022 square feet to over 5,000 square feet.

Anthem Country Club – is an exclusive guard gated private golf neighborhood in Henderson of upper end production homes, custom homes and custom home lots. Amenities include: a championship Hale Irwin golf course.

MacDonald Ranch – is located in the southern foothills of the Las Vegas Valley, MacDonald Ranch real estate offers sweeping vistas of the Valley floor below. There are several communities within MacDonald Ranch.  MacDonald Highlands is an exclusive guard gated country club community built around Dragon Ridge Golf Course with both semi-custom luxury homes custom estates. There is also Sun City MacDonald Ranch an age restricted neighborhood that is built around the Desert Willows golf course.
