I had read an article online at the SFGate promoting Henderson, NV as an alternative to luxury Las Vegas living. Henderson is a great place for recreation including Lake Las Vegas. One of the homes featured in the article is located at 23 SUMMER HOUSE Drive, Henderson, NV 89011 and as of the date of this post, is listed for sale at $7,500,000.
I recognized this house from a tour our team was taking last fall, looking at new home construction at Lake Las Vegas. It was this tour that certified me as a “Lake Las Vegas Real Estate Specialist.” So I am looking at photos in the article and I went back to my archives from that trip and confirmed it was the property we had toured. I believe there are a total of 8 1 acre+ lots at this Northshore location. This 8,838 sq ft home is located on 1.21 acres and is located directly on a point on the lake with 300 feet of lakefront and a sandy beach.
The MLS states Vern Swaback, an apprentice to the late Frank Lloyd Wright was involved in this beautiful luxury home design. You can see the current photographs of this home here.
