I was reading in the local news Lee Canyon Ski Area is building a new ski lodge which is set to open in December of 2019. This new lodge will be 10,000 square feet with a ski-in-ski-our bar, a heated terrace and expanded restrooms.
This means there will be limited access at the current Lee Canyon this summer due to the new construction. This is the largest project at Lee Canyon since the ski area opened in 1964. Though the summer activities at the location will be shut down, Bristlecone Trail hikers can still park in the lots there.
