Steve Wynn’s Las Vegas Estate Hit The Market For $24.5 Million, as reported by Forbes. The estate is located at 1717 Enclave Court, Las Vegas, Nevada 89134 and comes in at an impressive 15,000 square feet with 6 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms.

Built in 2001 and then renovated in 2014, this luxury estate boasts a 1.41-acre lot. Zillow shows the home was listed for sale in June of 2020 for $25 million with a price reduction to $19.5 million in December of 2020. The listing was then removed in March of this year.

Most amazing are the heartfelt, impeccably maintained gardens encompassing the home. The sweeping yards dotted with mature palms offer views of the nearby mountains and are reminiscent of a scene out of Spain or Italy.
