In the 1980’s Rancho Circle was considered the top of high-class and luxury living in Southern, Nevada. If you think about it, the population in Las Vegas was 100,000 people in the 80’s and as a result Rancho Circle was considered the “Main Street” of high-end Real Estate.

Within the last 50 years, the community has had its share of celebrities. Richie Clyne, for one, known as the mastermind behind Las Vegas Motor Speedway, that opened in 1996 with the Indy Racing League 400.
