Located at the south end of Henderson, south of MacDonald Highlands, the development of 7 luxury estates will be on a gated 10+ acre property and include an adjacent enclosed state-of-the-art luxury equestrian center. Protecting horses riders from the weather and heat, this climate-controlled arena with 40 oversized stalls will enable year-round training.
The great outdoors Henderson is known for, including open parkland, foothills, and hiking trails will surround the community. The first of its kind in the Las Vegas Valley, this collection of homes is being designed by McClellan Architects.
