Painted Desert Real Estate
Painted Desert is a guard-gated Golf Club residential community in Northwest Las Vegas, just west of the I-95 freeway and south of the 215 beltway. Created in 1987 on 460 acres of land, there are roughly 1,600 residences, including single family homes, estates, and townhouses. Home sizes run from 1,020 to over 5,200 sq. ft.

In fact, Red Rock’s beautiful ruby-colored mountains attract visitors and hikers from around the world, while Mount Charleston has over 50 miles of maintained trails winding through the Spring Mountain range.
Northwest Las Vegas is home to the impressive 2,000-acre Floyd Lamb Park, which features a series of small natural lakes called Tule Springs. This park offers wildlife, lush vegetation, and fantastic views of the Sheep and Spring Mountain Ranges. You can even go fishing with a license from the Nevada Department of Wildlife.
NW Las Vegas also features The Clark County Shooting Complex, the largest shooting facility in the United States at 2,900 acres. This 5-star outdoor shooting facility offers public trap, skeet, sporting clays and 5-stand shooting with classes and firearm rentals available.
More intimate but still impressive, the 120-acre Centennial Hills Park is just south of Floyd Lamb, featuring a selection of playgrounds, dog runs, picnic areas, volleyball, soccer, walking trails and more. The community also has a plethora of smaller neighborhood parks for residents to enjoy.
Painted Desert Schooling
Painted Desert is near some of the highest rated public and private schools in the city, including CCSD’s Dean La Mar Allen Elementary School, Justice Myron E. Leavitt STEM-focused Middle School, and Centennial High School. There’s also Northwest Career & Technical Academy, SpringStone Lakes Montessori School, and Spring Valley Montessori School.
