Reported by the Review Journal, Gene Simmons has placed his Henderson luxury home and adjoining property on the market for $14.95 million. He recently sold his home in the Hollywood Hills, and just five months ago purchased this Henderson luxury estate, located at 7 Talus Ct, Henderson, NV 89012. Clark County records that indicate Simmons bought the house, which was the first house ever built at Ascaya, and the lot next door in May for $10.8 million.
