As reported yesterday in the Review Journal, the house known as “The Top Chef House” located at 460 Probst Way, Las Vegas, NV 89110 has been put on the market for $3,999,999. Over 10 years ago, this luxury home was used by Top Chef as the home the contestants lived in and was used in a number of other TV shows and movies.
This 6,738 square foot home is located on 1.6 acres and is surrounded by 178 palm trees. The house has 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms and is located at Sunrise Mountain on the far eastside of Las Vegas.
Per the RJ, the current owner acquired it in February 2020 for $1.8 million, property records show, and now, amid Las Vegas’ accelerated housing market, is seeking to sell it for more than double that.
