Downtown Summerlin opened on the Westside of the Las Vegas Valley in the award winning master-planned community of Summerlin in mid October 2014.  The urban is a multi- use retail, dining and entertainment area opened and has exceeded expectations.

The area is filled with many boutique-style retail stores and also is home to Macy’s, Dillard’s and Nordstrom Rack.  There is also a Trader Joe’s and a 9,000 square-foot Ethan Allen design space that offers hundreds of new designs the company calls “The Next Classics”.

The array of eateries range from fast food restaurants – Five Guys, Panda Express, Capriotti’s Sandwich, Zaba’s Mexican Grill and Crazy Pita to name a few to fine dining restaurants.  Wolfgang Puck’s Bar and Grill, Grape Street, Crave, Trattoria Reggiano and Andiron are at the high end of eateries.

There is also a Regal Cinemas at Downtown Summerlin that has luxury seats, a full bar and great food and is Las Vegas’ most modern and truly unique theatre with five screens.

Downtown Summerlin also hosts community events such as a weekly Farmer’s Market that takes place every Saturday from 9 AM-2 PM under the Pavilion. The market carries organic, sustainably grown produce from California and Nevada family farms offering the freshest, tastiest, nutritional rich fruits and vegetables. Some of the finest Gourmet Food Artisans have joined the market lineup.  There are also holiday specific events throughout the year.
